Uber Eats Pro

Courier loyalty program rewards partners for their commitment. This program was created to increase user retention when engagement was low. 
The new identity uses Uber Eats brand values as a foundation to tell its own story. A new set of illustrations, color palette, iconography and product design was developed to bring Uber Eats Pro to life.
Alongside the brand project, a campaign to announce the new program was created including a video and landing page.

Filmed documentary style. Video explains how Uber Eats Pro works by following a day in the life of a delivery partner named Doreen and her quest to achieve Diamond status.
The landing page brings all the new program identity elements together. It delivers on a familiarity and playfullness that delivery partners expect from Uber Eats.
